Foreign currency exchange machines are located near the Metro Square. Foreign currency notes can be exchanged into Japanese yen (foreign currency to Japanese yen only). Please check the currency exchange machine for the currencies that can be exchanged.

Coin lockers are installed on the north side of Fish Square, south side of Metro Square, north/south side of Waterfall Square, south side of Moon Viewing Square, south side of Manecat Square, north side of Fortune Telling Square, and south side of Water Clock Square.

Wheelchair spaces are available in all men's and women's restrooms in the building. In addition, all women's restrooms have a powder corner and fitting board for convenient changing of clothes, and the men's restroom also has a convenient styling corner. Additionally, the restrooms near Metro Square are unisex, multi-purpose (universal) restrooms and are fully equipped with ostomate facilities.

For Customers Traveling with Babies

Diaper changing tables are installed in all men's and women's restrooms within the facility. We have nursing rooms in two locations within the facility (near Metro Plaza and Fortune Telling Plaza). Please feel free to use them.

Most entrances and exits at Crysta Nagahori are equipped with elevators or escalators. Wheelchairs, pushchairs and carrying cases can be moved smoothly. This also makes it easier to move for customers traveling with seniors and children.

Crysta Nagahori has art works installed throughout the facility. While enjoying shopping, You can spend your time as if strolling through an art museum.

Open gallery where you can enjoy the Osaka of the late Edo period.One Hundred Views of Naniwa

The gallery is located on the mezzanine floor on the side of Osaka Metro Nagahoribashi Station. A series of ukiyo-e prints (owned by the Osaka Municipal Museum) depicting views of a hundred famous places in ‘Naniwa’ (Osaka) are displayed on ceramic boards. They vividly depict the vitality of the town of Osaka and its people at the end of the Edo period. Many rivers and bridges that have disappeared due to war damage and development can also be seen. The 100 ukiyoe were painted by three artists, Kuniyoshi, Yoshitaki and Yoshisetsu. Enjoy the old and beautiful town of Naniwa in this gallery.

We have a space where you can take a break in the Moon Viewing Square. You can use it for a break from shopping.
